Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@gildandgleam.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
